We want you to love your Cushii® Lounger as much as we do. If you or your newborn don't love using our product, ship it back, and we'll give you a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase.

For pre-order sales. This will be calculated from the date you receive your product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


How it works.

Within the 14 trial period if for any reason you are not satisfied,;

1. Pack all components back in original packaging.

2. Ensure all hangtags and manuals are returned with the original product.

3. Fill out returns form here 

4. Send items to :

All shipping charges and materials are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Please allow 14 days for full amount to be refunded into the original account the product was purchased with.


Returns. After The Trial Period.

All items purchased directly from CUSHII are returnable (excluding shipping) within a 30 day period from the date of purchase, in original condition, and in the original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached for a full refund.

Outside of the 14 day trial period we are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging.

Once the return has been received, a refund or alternative product can be dispatched for the value of the original purchase. If you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be charged for return shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Sale items & Imperfects

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items and imperfects cannot be returned.



When you receive your items please inspect carefully to ensure there is no damage.

If an item is faulty, we will review claim and either choose to refund on the purchase price of the goods, or provide a replacement product.

The item should be returned within 28 days, with proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed.
