Cushii Black Friday 2026 Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter. The Cushii Black Friday Sale (the Sale) is run by Cushii Pty Ltd (ABN 75 636 645 102) (Cushii, we, us).

2. Sale period. Guest list early access opens at 7:00pm AEDT on Sunday 8 November 2026 and is available only to customers on the Cushii guest list who are signed in to their Cushii account. The Sale opens to everyone at 7:00pm AEDT on Monday 9 November 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday 1 December 2026, unless ended earlier because stock has sold out. All times are Sydney time (AEDT).

3. Where it applies. The Sale applies to orders placed online at www.cushii.com and shipped to an Australian address only. It does not apply to purchases from stockists, marketplaces or other retailers.

4. Sale prices and offers. Sale prices, bundles, gifts with purchase and limited-time offers are as shown on our website at the time of purchase. Some offers run for a limited time only, such as a single day, and end at the time stated. Savings are calculated off the recommended retail price (RRP) shown on our website. All offers are available while stocks last.

5. Gifts with purchase. Where a gift with purchase is offered, it is added automatically when the qualifying conditions shown on our website are met. Spend thresholds are calculated after discounts and exclude shipping. One gift per order unless stated otherwise. Gift colours and styles may vary. If you return items and your order no longer meets the qualifying conditions, we may deduct the value of the gift from your refund or ask you to return it.

6. No stacking. Sale prices and offers can't be combined with any other discount code, including the $10 welcome offer, or any other promotion, unless we say so.

7. Shipping. Standard shipping fees apply to all Sale orders. Delivery times may be longer than usual during the Sale period.

8. Stock and limits. We may limit quantities per customer and cancel orders that appear to be for resale. If an item sells out after you've paid, we'll contact you and give you a full refund for that item.

9. Price adjustments. We don't offer price adjustments or partial refunds for purchases made before or after the Sale period, or before an offer started or after it ended.

10. Returns. Our standard returns policy applies to Sale items. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights if a product is faulty.

11. Errors. If a price or offer is shown incorrectly due to an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

12. Changes. We may change, extend or end the Sale or any offer if something outside our reasonable control requires it. Any change will be published on our website.

13. Cushii Golden Key Giveaway. Eligible Sale orders are entered in the Cushii Golden Key Giveaway. That promotion has its own terms and conditions.
