Cushii Golden Key Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter. Cushii Pty Ltd (ABN 75 636 645 102) (the Promoter, Cushii, we, us). Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these terms. By placing an eligible order you accept these terms.
2. Promotion period. The promotion starts at 7:00pm AEDT on Sunday 8 November 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Tuesday 1 December 2026 (the Promotion Period). All times are Sydney time (AEDT).
3. Who can enter. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees, contractors and agency partners of Cushii (including our fulfilment and social media partners), and their immediate families, can't enter.
4. How to enter. Place an order of any value at www.cushii.com during the Promotion Period, shipped to an Australian address. Every paid order is automatically entered. There are no codes or forms. Each order is one entry into that day's key selection. Orders from stockists or marketplaces are not eligible.
5. The golden keys. There are 30 numbered golden keys. Each key is placed inside one eligible order, selected at random from all eligible orders placed in that key's window:

On bonus days, two keys are placed, each in a different order. Random selection is done using a computer-generated random number applied to the list of that day's eligible orders, and is recorded in our key register. An order can hold only one key.
6. Finding a key. If your order contains a golden key, you are a finalist and that key number goes into the final draw. Your key number is linked to your order in our key register. Please keep your key safe: we may ask you to show it before the prize is awarded. If a key's order is cancelled or fully refunded before the draw, that key is excluded.
7. Share your key. Each finalist must post a photo or video of their golden key on Instagram with the hashtags #cushii and #cushiigoldenkey, from a public account. The winner must have made this post to receive the prize (see clause 11). By posting, you agree Cushii may reshare your post on its own channels, credited to you.
8. Daily reveals. We may share each key number and the finalist's state or region on Cushii's Instagram Stories. We won't publish a finalist's name without their consent.
9. The draw. One winning key number will be drawn at random from all eligible key numbers at 11:00am AEDT on Wednesday 2 December 2026, conducted by Cushii Pty Ltd in New South Wales. The holder of that key wins the prize.
10. The prize. One prize is available, valued at up to $1,350 (incl. GST):
- A two-night stay at a hotel of the winner's choice within their state of residence, valued at up to $1,000
- A Cushii pack valued at approximately $200, contents at the Promoter's discretion
- A $150 dinner voucher
The stay must be booked by 15 January 2027 and taken by 30 June 2027, subject to the hotel's availability. The hotel component is accommodation only: no other expenses are included. Travel to and from the accommodation, transfers, meals and drinks not listed, and any other costs are the winner's responsibility. Any accommodation cost above $1,000 is paid by the winner, and unused value can't be paid out. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and can't be taken as cash. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize values are correct at the time of publishing.
11. Winner notification. We will contact the winner by email and phone using the details on their order within two business days of the draw. To accept the prize, the winner must reply and have posted their key as set out in clause 7. The winner's first name, initial and state will be published on Cushii's Instagram and at www.cushii.com from Friday 4 December 2026.
12. Unclaimed prize. If the winner hasn't accepted the prize by 5:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 16 December 2026, or can't be verified as eligible, a redraw from the remaining key numbers will take place at 11:00am AEDT on Friday 18 December 2026, conducted by Cushii Pty Ltd in New South Wales. The redraw winner will be contacted and published the same way.
13. Ineligible entries. We may disqualify an order or key if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, tampering, an order placed to manipulate the selection, or a breach of these terms.
14. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Cushii isn't liable for any loss or damage from entering or taking the prize, except for liability that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Keys lost in transit or in a delivery remain linked to the order in our register.
15. Privacy. We collect entrants' personal information to run this promotion, including to select keys, contact finalists and the winner, and publish results. We'll handle it under our privacy policy. Without it, we can't award the prize. We may share the winner's details with prize providers to deliver the prize.
16. Instagram. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
17. Changes. If the promotion can't run as planned because of something outside our control, we may change, suspend or end it, subject to any direction from a state or territory regulator.
18. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
