Shipping Policy
All Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (business days) until its a preorder item.
- All deliveries will now be considered "authority to leave" if you are not home.
- Please ensure the driver has access to your property (gate open) and there is a SAFE place to leave the parcel.
- In the case the parcel cannot be left in a safe place, the parcel will be taken to a respective collection point (depot, Post Office, 7/11, etc) for you to collect.
- Please note, if there is no available collection point due to closures your parcel will be returned to sender after 2 attempted deliveries. If you do not collect your parcel, it will also be returned to sender.
- Australia Post and Couriers Please will be taking photographs of all parcels delivered in the above way.
Australia
Domestic parcels are sent via courier service (Couriers Please) or Australia Post for a shipping rate of $17.95 -$29.95 depending on location and express rate of $39.95 for limited area.
Shipping typically takes between 1 and 7 business days.
Please note: signature on delivery is required. If you enter Authority to Leave in the notes during checkout, we will not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels.
International
We currently do not ship outside Australia. If you have interest in our products. Please contact hello@cushii.com for more information.
Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
