We want you to love your Cushii Lounger as much as we do. If you or your newborn don't love using our product, ship it back, and we'll give you a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase.
For Pre-Order sales. This will be calculated from the date you receive your product.
All items purchased directly from CUSHII are returnable (excluding shipping) within a 30 day period from the date of purchase, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached for a full refund. Outside of the 14 day trial period we are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. Once the return has been received, a refund or alternative product can be dispatched for the value of the original purchase. If you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be charged for return shipping. To complete your return, we require your full details and a copy of your invoice emailed to returns@cushii.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will automatically be sent to you via email. If for some reason you do not receive one, please send us an email.
