What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We’re so confident in the cloud-soft magic of Softluxe that we back it with our Comfort Guarantee. If you don’t fall in love with the feel, fit, and function within 14 days, simply return it for a full refund or exchange.
*All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Please allow 14 days for full amount to be refunded into the original account the product was purchased with.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. You order will be shipped within 48 hours unless its a preorder.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?
We currently do not ship outside Australia. If you have interest in our products. Please contact hello@cushii.com for more information.
How long will it take to get my order?
Items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will automatically be sent to you via email. If for some reason you do not receive one, please send us an email and we will personally resend it to you. For pre-orders please refer to daters outlined at the time of purchase.

What age is the Cushii baby lounger recommended for?
The Cushii Lounger is recommended for ages 0-9 months of age or until your baby can roll out of the lounger. Beyond this The Cushii Lounger can still be used up to the age of 18 months and beyond, for a comfortable place to feed or rest.
How do I care for my Cushii baby lounger?
Yes it sure is! For any spills or accidents, spot clean lounger immediately with a damp cloth. For larger cleans, hand wash in cold water or wash the lounger on its own on a cold, gentle cycle setting only.
Once completed, dry flat and redistribute inner fill to adjust any changes in shape. For best results, dry until 50% dry then tumble dry on low heat in the dryer to ensure all moisture is removed. Reshape your lounger if there has been any movement of the inner fill.
How is Cushii Softluxe™ different from cotton?

Can my baby sleep on the Cushii baby lounger?
Our Cushii Loungers are designed for supervised rest only. They are not designed to be placed in cots, bassinets or similar. It is always important to follow the national guidelines around SIDS to ensure your baby is safe at all times.
